I didn’t received the confirmation email, what can I do?
Sometimes the confirmation email could not reach your inbox. It can happen for several reasons, but mostly it’s for the following reasons:
- SpamBox – please check your spambox, and if you can find our confirmation there, just mark it as “not spam” open it and click in the confirmation link
- Wrong email address – please check you user settings to see if there were no typo on the e-mail, and ask again for a confirmation email
- Mailbox full – check if your mailbox is not full, if so, try to clean it up a little, and ask again for a confirmation e-mail.
