Chelsea have officially entered negotiations with Manchester United for striker Julian Alvarez, with Chelsea's first bid reportedly around the 100 million euro range. Manchester United have declined the offer immediately and are asking for a bid around 110-120 million euros for the Argentinian who has one year left on his contract. Chelsea are eager to get the deal done, and are preparing to make another bid. The Blues have also expressed interest in young talent Roger Fernandes from Braga, with no negotiations taking place yet.
Dusan Vlahovic is reportedly keen on a move to Al-Hilal, with the player having agreed to personal terms. It's now up to Al-Hilal to submit a bid for the deal to be finalised. Jhon Duran has completed his 40m€ move to Al-Ittihad, joining the Arabian club on a massive 6 year contract.
Arsenal are currently monitoring Jeremie Frimpong's situation while they prepare to make another bid for Diogo Dalot. The club wants to appoint their new manager before making any further moves, Perrone deal remains in advanced stage but not finalised yet. Bristol City have completed the move of Sean Longstaff from Newcastle for a reported fee of 10 million euros. The midfielder is the first signing of the club after promotion.

Deal expected to be in 35-40 million range.
Brentford have started working on the signing of Edon Zhegrova from Lille after Bryan Mbeumo's exit. Fee discussed is around 25-30 million euros, player has not agreed to terms with Brentford yet. Wilfried Gnonto remains an alternative if the deal collapses.
