Wow, what a game. Everybody went into that expecting Manchester United to mercy rule Wolfsburg, but no no no. It only took 8 minutes for Wolfsburg to go 2-0 up, and instantly the server was flooded with ~60 fans, all there for one reason.

Man Utd slowly clawed their way back by abusing mossing & poor composure from Wolfsburg, but my word did Wolfsburg put up a glorious fight. The goals for Manchester United came from usual scorers, the inevitable polo69g16 with two brilliant strikes to put them back into it.

The game remained relatively two-sided up until the 80th minute, where Wolfsburg really began to dig in. Attack after attack, until eventually in the 92nd minute they had their breakthrough. Penalty. Wolfsburg.

Silence throughout the stadium as ftge111 stepped up to take the penalty, which he then lashed with way too much power and ended up hitting the crossbar. The rebound was saved by LuckyzTroopz, and that was basically game. Man Utd went on a counter to finish things off, and a second red card meant Wolfsburg forfeitted the game 2-4.
