Italy and Azerbaijan qualified for the final after beating Albania and Ukraine. Both teams scored twice in the game, however in the extra time no goals happened. The game went to penalties and Azerbaijan secured their victory after 7 to 6 goals in Penalties. This is the first title for Azerbaijan.
