Can Alvin win the title?

Alvin has 169 points in the championship but Charlie has 179 points, Alvin gets a better advantage than Charlie, Alvin would get 194 and Charlie will get 197, leaving the gap closer less than 5. This will be a 1-in-a-lifetime because:
Charlie had won 7 RACES out of 8 (Alvin won Indianapolis) and In Monza, Ola and Charlie has got a Drive Through Penalty (Rule 11) and that means Alvin will start earlier than Ola and Charlie in between Lap 0- Lap 2. But If Ola gets Position 2 in Monza, which is impossible that means Charlie has LOST the battle and Alvin gets Position 1.
Can Alvin Win?
