Coming from Limas, Vernik had a nice job there before taking a risky job (for a better money profit), in Ajič.
He started badly, not being able to put his ideas that worked on Limas, in a different team. He even tried to adapt his philosophy of pressure after losing the ball, but it went inefficient, because of the different players styles.
LUNGEN HAVRISCHONIK, a member of coaching staff that has been in Ajic since Fratermian days, assumes the responsibility now.
