David de Gea joined Karpaty Lviv at the beginning of the 2024/25 campaign on a 1-year deal initially, which was to expire at the end of this month. After Karpaty being silent about the situation for so long, they've announced today that de Gea has agreed an extension until 2028 where he will get payed slightly more, getting a wage of £80,000, which is a £12,000 increase from his £68,000 wage for 2024-25.
de Gea has been an incredible player for Karpaty Lviv and he will stay for them for their European campaign!
