Arsenal and Nottingham Forest kicked off the action on Saturday. Forest played their first match under new manager Ange Postecoglou. Arsenal took an easy 3-0 victory and remain second in the league table. It wasn't goals galore in the 3pm games of Saturday. Crystal Palace drew 0-0 with Sunderland as well as Everton and Aston Villa. Villa still haven't scored a single goals in their first four matches. Fulham beat Leeds 1-0 at home due to a late own goal. Newcastle also beat Wolves with a 1-0 win thanks to Nick Woltemade scoring on his debut. Bournemouth took a big 2-1 win over Brighton and remain in the top four of the table. Tottenham took a convincing 3-0 away win against West Ham. Spurs have lost only once so far under Thomas Frank. Brentford rescued a late 2-2 draw against Chelsea in the evening game.

On Sunday we saw two big matches. Title-contenders Liverpool struggled away against Burnley. A red card late in the game gave the momentum for Liverpool and Mo Salah finished from the penalty spot on added time. Liverpool certainly didn't look very convinving though. The other match took us to Manchester for the derby. Both teams have had a tough start to the campaign. Man City were however able to produce a good performance and emerged victorious with a 3-0 win. Erling Haaland scored two goals and currently leads the goals table. A poor performance from Man United adds pressure on Ruben Amorim once again.
