After a desperate attempt to revive the RBL. The RBL has restarted ssn 13. After the RBL partnered with the RMLB. The RBL has decided to start the new season April 18th. we have 12 new team, 6 on each conference and the RBL is predicted to come in full swing. Will the RBL be revived? Or will it be dead once again?
