Bucs Hire MPJ as their Next Head Coach

Just now the Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that they have hired MPJ to be their next head coach. So now, let’s take a look at some things that we can look at and possibly ask ourselves after this, ranked 3 to 1.
3. Will the Bucs be able to win immediately?
With the Bucs having already clinched their playoff matchup with it being @ Chicago, this is an important question to ask. MPJ has good experience but is it enough to defeat a currently 8-0 Bears team who have been able to get out of matchups with other top teams? It’s clear that this will probably be a multiple season project with MPJ so Bucs fans better buckle up for this ride.
2. Is MPJ the right fit?
MPJ has experience, but he’s walking into a particularly tough scenario in Tampa, especially with only 2-3 days to improve this team and the playoffs quickly approaching. This offseason will really set the tone for MPJ’s tenure in Tampa and if this is going to work out, he will have to rapidly improve this team.

My top question is if this could possibly be a rebuild because right now, this team just really needs a jiggle over the offseason to wake them up. A report has suggested that MPJ could look to trade away picks for the upcoming draft, possibly showing that the next 2-3 days will be a frantic try to improve the roster to contend for the title this season. If they don’t do this, expect a probable rebuild for this team as they will try to get onto the contenders scene next season.
