Despite Sawamura Daichi and Takanobu Aone's best efforts a 24 point Ryosei Kai proved too much as he saw his team through to the semis with a 3-1 win.
In the second match, Kazuma Numai left it all on the court delivering a shocking 11 service aces and 26 total points for Project: INDIGO, however, his astonishing performance was overshadowed by Limitless's Hirugami the Immovable who coasted his team to a victory 3-1 with a stupefying 20 block points and a total 32 points to top the charts.
Meanwhile, despite Block and Awe's star boy Kotaro Bokuto failing to score for the entire first set, the reds skated past a lacking Dangly Balls 3-0. Tetsuru Kuroo starred from the middle with 17 points followed closely by the aforementioned late starter Kotaro Bokuto with 15.
This sets up two interesting semi final matches with the yet to play Anime Guys to take on the hot in form Ryosei Kai and his hydras, while the Limitless wall with their yet to fire cannon Wakatsu Kiryu take on the dual aces of Bokuto and Aran.
