The second semifinal was much more enjoyable for neutral spectators as they witnessed five goals in this spectacular match. Atarashi City held a one goal advantage going into halftime. Shortly after the start of the second half, Port Takai FC equalised, only for Atarashi City to take the lead once more five minutes later. Despite Port Takai FC's efforts, they ended up conceding two more goals in stoppage time.
