PSG are relegated for two seasons and Chelsea are replacing them?

It is official that the head masters of the Soccer League Corporation Foundation will not keep PSG as a club this season, due to its low performance in the 2015/16 season and the 2016/17 season. So PSG are now relegated and Chelsea rises to the table to show the soccer league what they are capable of.
