CONCACAF Champions League S3

After the 2-0 loss to Club America, LA Galaxy have now went two straight gameweeks losing both games, first against Inter Miami and now against Club America. This an embarrassing start for LA Galaxy, which seem to be poorly managed and coached after looking at the game vs Club America. They don't have a strategy on the pitch, playing only longballs to their forwards when their opponent was dominating them in possession and attacks. After the loss, LA Galaxy players started to fight amongst themselves, and some even expressed desires to leave the club.

In my opinion, LA Galaxy can only bounce back from this loss if they sack their current chairman and manager, as I said earlier they have went two straight gameweeks with only bad results. If you were the LA Galaxy team manager in this situation, what would you do?
