Midwest Professional Indoor League

After the top 4 teams from each State (Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri) have played their State semifinals and final in the tradition 1st-4th seed format, the 4 state champions will play out the rest of the bracket in a home and away format. The Missouri State Champion will be at the top of the bracket meaning they will be at home for the MIPL Semifinals and Finals shall they qualify. The Missouri State Champion will face the Iowa State Champion in the Semifinals. Iowa's State Champion will be at home in the second leg of the Semifinal and at home in the first leg of the Final shall they qualify. The Illinois and Kansas State Champions will be at home in the second leg of the Final if they qualify, and in the meeting between the Illinois and Kansas State Champions, the Illinois State Champion will be at home in the first leg.
