Eagles QB Crash Davis has been ruled out for the entirety of the season four preseason in the UFA due to an injury that indicted his season last year in week 10. Back up QB Austin Billmore will start for the Eagles in the preseason. It is also speculated that the star QB will not be playing for at least the first three weeks of the regular season.
