STONE FOUND GUILTY

In an update on the last article, Matthew Stone has been found guilty of the use of online services to solve the Countdown problems of Monday 6th March 2023.
A statement was released by the authorities this morning reading:
"After a thorough investigation, Matthew James Stone has been found guilty of the use of online services to solve the Countdown problems issued Monday 6th March 2023.
For this offence his yellow card issued yesterday will remain in place, and as further punishment a 10 point deduction will be enacted..."
This deduction doesn't seem too severe on the face of it, but coupled with the voidance of any score from yesterday, it has effectively removed 38 points from Mr Stone which leaves him far behind Lucas and Will Mckinley in the race for top spot. Indeed at the current state of play [08:05 7/3/2023], Matthew Stone finds himself in 4th spot, having been overtaken by Agatha.
